The Vijay Raj California Cage System for Breeder Layers comes in various box sizes are customised as per the customer’s project.

The wire used to manufacture be highly galvanised with 275 GSM coating to give a long-lasting life to the system. The whole Structure of the system is made from tubular galvanised steel which gives rigidity and longevity to the whole system. The material used to manufacture the system can withstand extreme temperatures of tropical and subtropical regions.

The California Cage System is engineered in such a way that there is ample air circulation in the farm.

The cage box sizes are carefully devised so that the bird has ample area for its movement and also has a very comfortable feeding access to the feed troughs. In these cages, the birds can stand naturally in their upright posture which results in giving higher productivity by reducing stress to the clock.

The California Cage System - Layers system can be fully semi - automated on customer’s demand which includes automatic feeding through trolley and egg collection system.
